I bought this product hoping it would reduce my bloating and perhaps I'd lose the odd pound. Whilst it didn't acheive those goals I did feel it worked well as an overall multi-vit full body support supplement, and it helped with regular bowel movements. Personally, I didn't like the taste, it was a bit too strong and bitter for me, however, my sister likes it and swears by this product (she definitely feels trimmer) - I guess it just works differently on every body. Plus I only used it for a month and perhaps might have seen some physical changes had I used it longer. That said, I think Equi is a great brand, and I love that they care about using quality ingredients, and I might continue to try out some of there other supplements. Give it a try and I hope you get great results.

Really tasty and I’m already feeling the difference. I’m a new starter to IF and this has helped me increase my fasting window from 14 to 18 hours. My mind feels much brighter too, with a better attention span. Looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Wow I've been taking the Lean formula for 3 days and I've noticed instantly my energy levels have increased. I've tried lots of other superfoods but this is amazing. Fairly pricey but worth it. Tastes very good too.

Brilliant. so only been taking the lean and original formula for about a week, but can honestly say it has helped a lot, I suffer from silent reflux, and cough all day long especially after eating, but since taking the two products my coughing has decreased a lot, also do feel less tired, no more afternoon naps.
