We recommend you have your daily scoop or capsules after food - ideally breakfast or lunch. 

The powders have been specifically designed to taste good naturally mixed with water, however are suitable to be added to a smoothie or juice. 

For maximum taste and smoothness, we recommend powders are consumed in a shaker. These are available to buy here

If you take Equi consistently you can expect to notice a number of positive impacts quite quickly, however this will depend on the person and their specific needs, circumstances and health. We generally expect energy to increase quickly, along with concentration, alertness and immunity.

If you take the Beauty Formula daily, skin often feels brighter and more dewy within 2 weeks, with spots and troublesome skin clearing up in around 4-6 weeks.

We suggest that if you have been sensitive to supplements in the past, have complex health issues or intolerances that you start with a lower dose initially and build up over the course of 2-4 weeks whilst your body adapts to this nourishing and energising formulation.

Equi supplements contain a unique set of ingredients designed to address imbalances, re-harmonise the body and in so doing, get you feeling your best.

The skin communicates closely with the rest of the body and works synergistically with all organs, meaning it is common to notice changes depending on hormones, digestion, immunity and also during times of stress. Though most people only experience positive effects, if you have had skin problems in the past and are sensitive it is possible to get the odd breakout in the first week of taking the product as it works to rebalance and harmonise internal function.

Breakouts are also possible when we support detoxification, or experience ‘die-off’ symptoms in the gut whilst bacteria rebalance to make room for healthier strains of bacteria to flourish. If this occurs, it can be a sign that things needed to be addressed and rebalanced in order to get truly sustainable, long term results. You may wish to reduce the dose to half a teaspoon and build it up if you are worried about bad breakouts.

The body generally finds equilibrium after around two weeks, at which point it begins to thrive, leaving you lighter and brighter and more energised, whilst revealing a glowing radiant complexion.

Skin problems such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis can be tricky to manage, with many resorting to strong creams and medications to help combat the issues. These sometimes work but often are only a temporary solution and can cause many side effects along the way.

The body can take some time to readjust and this will vary from person to person depending on their unique issues, circumstances and requirements.

If you suffer with a skin problem, we recommend starting with one scoop and building up to x2 over the course of 2-4 weeks to ensure you are getting optimal levels of all the important skin-loving ingredients, as well as alkalising superfoods, balancing herbs and anti-inflammatory probiotics.

If you are taking any medication we recommend speaking to a doctor first to check there are no contraindications. 

This depends on the person and we suggest asking your doctor first. If you are taking thyroid medications then it is vital to check your doctor is happy for you to take Equi. Should they be deemed appropriate, then be sure to take any supplements at a different time of the day to your medications. If you have an auto-immune thyroid issue, please see below. 

Though everyone is different, we suggest speaking to a doctor if you have any kind of autoimmune condition before taking our products, as they do contain ingredients that can impact the immune system. This is especially the case if taking immunosuppressant medications. 

The only common allergens found in Equi include:

- Fish (Pregnancy Oil Edition & Beauty Formula)

- Shellfish (Beauty Oil Edition)

- Soy - Beauty Oil Edition contains naturally mixed tocopherols and this does include trace levels of soya material. However, whilst the tocopherols are issued from soy, they are exempt from allergen labelling due to there being little to no risk for consumers. If you have a serious soy allergy, we suggest avoiding to be extra safe. 

Otherwise allergic reactions are unlikely, however check ingredients carefully if you have allergies. If you are sensitive, have irritable bowel syndrome, or suffer with intolerances we recommend starting with a lower level (1/2 teaspoon) and building up to 1 scoop per day over the course of 1 month. Our products are not certified gluten free, however they are free from ingredients that contain gluten, and we do periodic checks at an independent specialist lab to ensure they do not contain gluten. They are all dairy free, including the products that contain probiotics. 

We only use natural compounds and flavours. We use stevia to sweeten and there are no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Wellness Formula (capsules and powder), Lean Formula, Pregnancy Formula, Menopause Formula, Immunity Edition, Glow Edition and Menopause Oil Edition are all vegan products.

Our Beauty Formula, Beauty Oil Edition and Pregnancy Oil Edition are not vegan owing to the presence of fish oil and marine collagen.

Yes - we add these in deliberately in order to keep them fresh, and to reduce chances of moisture developing in the products. This is very normal for supplements and though these should not be ingested, they are totally safe addition to the product. The desiccant is non-toxic, the material is very clearly marked to not eat, and the material cannot be torn, thus preventing the risk of any dust being exposed. If you add on accidentally to a smoothie, we would of course suggest not drinking this!

Equi products have been designed to deliver all your daily supplement needs in one easy scoop, meaning you don’t have to worry about taking anything else. Superfoods (natures multi-vitamins), omegas, probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, medicinal mushrooms, and herbs are all included and all established RDAs for vitamins and minerals are listed on the back of each product and on our product pages.

We do not recommend taking Beauty, Wellness (capsules and powder) and Lean Formulas plus Immunity Edition or Glow Edition when pregnant or breastfeeding.

However we have specifically formulated Pregnancy Formula to take throughout fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

There are so many different varieties of HRT and everyone is different. We’d always suggest speaking with your doctor first before getting started with any menopause support supplement.

That being said, you don’t need to check with a doctor before taking our Menopause Oil Edition unless you have a specific diagnosis or are on other medication.

Both products provide a 30-day supply and though we’d expect to see increased energy, improved sleep and reduced anxiety after around 2-3 weeks, it’s best to take these for 2-3 months for a more noticeable transformation.

Though it has been formulated to be effective for women entering perimenopause, it is suitable and completely safe for younger women too. In fact, many women find the extra intake of omega 3, 6 and 9 incredible beneficial. We are also becoming increasingly more aware of those experiencing early menopause – either naturally, through surgery or as a result of medical treatment so we are not limiting this to an age group.

There has been much confusion regarding the sustainability of krill in recent years, and much of this has led to misinformation. Whilst we know that red krill oil is incredibly nourishing for the body and for skin, harming the environment is unfathomable to us. Therefore before we set out to create Beauty Oil Edition, we wanted to be absolutely sure no damage to marine ecosystems occurs during harvesting of our krill.

We source our krill from the world’s most sustainable ‘A-Rated’ fishery (rated by the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership, who rate this higher than any other fishery, including those for regular fish oil supplements) which works under tight restrictions from the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources. Conservation is at the heart of this governing bodies work, who ensure that no more than1% of this essential food source is fished from one small zone in the Antarctic, ensuring a vital balance remains for the entire ecosystem.

Given so little is allowed to be fished, Antarctic red krill is in short supply, but the Equi are happy to be able to bring it to you in a safe and sustainable way.
