1 banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
